Obituary

Margaret Ann Jewell, age 60, passed away May 29, 2020. She was born on January 28, 1960 in Hamilton, Ontario to Frank and Betty Jewell. Ann cared for everyone she met and was a trusting and true soul who would give the shirt off her back (unless it was her “Goober” shirt of course). She had a passion for music and instruments, even if she was not sure how to play them. Still, you could always count on Ann to join you for a jam session, karaoke or a game of dice and a nice cold Coors Light. Ann had a vivacious personality and always made the people around her laugh; she was known to be the life of the party and wouldn’t pass up the chance for one of her famous belly bumps. Ann’s life was a living example of drumming to your own beat, there wasn’t a soul alive who could change her mind once it was made up. Her strength, smile, light, love and pirate laugh; “Arr de Arr Arr” will be greatly missed by all those who loved and cherished her ya’ll Gal’darn Goobers. Ann is survived by her Father Frank Jewell; her brother John Jewell; her sisters Ruth Jewell and Jane Jewell; her son James Jewell; her daughter in-law Krystin Arnold; her grandson Easton Jewell; her daughters Jessica Jewell and Breanne Jewell-Coish; and her many, many friends met along the way. All these she loved and touched deeply.
